school's out summer's in!
its such a weird weather don't u think?

I have got no idea why. But I still love the summer
I went to Lorimar a few weeks ago with Toni and Maryjoe and we had a blast.
Um... wat else??? I had a fun time at summer school! but I couldn't go to the US
beacause of it (ugh).  Well during summer school  perme laag!  haha!

is Either On my Own from Les Miserables or I Have Nothing by Whitney Houston.
I like both of them but I like I Have Nothing better. When I go to the US I wanna study

Hair Conditioning Wrap

Recipe: Beautiful Eating Hair Wrap
Makes enough for one treatment for medium length hair.

Puree in a blender or food processor:
Half a ripe avocado: provides essential fatty acids to moisturize the scalp
1 tbsp olive oil: helps give shine and moisture to your hair
Half small banana: rich in antioxidant vitamins A, C and E
1 egg yolk: supplies protein to strengthen your hair (Vegan option: omit the egg.)
Remove the mask from the food processor and place in a bowl.

• Gently massage 2-3 tablespoons of the puree at a time onto your hair and scalp.
• Massaging the scalp stimulates circulation and blood flow promoting healthy hair.
• Continue applying and massaging scalp and hair until the puree has been completely and evenly applied.
• Now cover with a shower cap (the wrap), relax, and try to feel the sensation of your hair absorbing the oils, vitamins and proteins.
• Leave on 1 hour then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Shampoo the puree out, rinse thoroughly and dry as usual. Notice the volume and shine from these nutrients.
